Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident about every purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Item must not show signs of wear, stains, damage, perfume, or alterations

Products that fail quality inspection will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
The applicable reverse shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as Store Credit (Wallet Balance).

Store Credit:

  • Is linked to your registered account
  • Can be used on future purchases
  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be withdrawn as cash

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed exclusively as Store Credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

  • Reverse shipping charges apply
  • Replacement shipping charges may apply

If the requested item is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)
  • Damaged products due to misuse
  • Requests made beyond the return window
