We do not store card details.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of:

- Incorrect pricing
- Stock unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, customers will be notified.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, it will be considered successfully delivered.
We are not liable for lost or misplaced shipments after confirmed delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Approved refunds are issued as Store Credit, unless otherwise specified.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that eligible refunds will be processed as Store Credit.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit.
7. Store Credit (Wallet)
Store Credit:
- Is linked to the registered account
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be withdrawn as cash
- Can be used toward future purchases
We reserve the right to modify store credit policies at our discretion.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Abuse refund or return policies
Violation may result in suspension or permanent restriction.
