Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Any reverse shipping charges for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in select pin codes.
For COD orders:
- Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as Store Credit

Delivery Confirmation & Liability
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, it will be considered successfully delivered.

Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
